CARAL
CARAL is called the "City of the Pyramids" due to the 32 pyramids rediscovered in 1994 by Dr. Ruth Shady, in the middle of the desert north of Lima. These pyramids, dating back 4000 years to the Inca civilization, and developed a century before the pyramids of Giza, in Egypt, are considered the most important archaeological discovery since the discovery of Machu Picchu in 1911.

PACHACAMAC
Pachacamac was the main sanctuary of the central coast. Its temples were visited by crowds in the great Andean rituals. Pachacamac was a successful oracle that intervened in the lives of the powerful by predicting the future and controlling the movements of the earth. The Convent of Santo Domingo de Lima was founded in 1535. The reception room has a beautiful coffered ceiling at the end of the 16th century. CONVENT AND CHURCH SAN FRANCISCO

With the annihilation of the Inca nobility, the techniques that allowed the construction of this monumental fortress or sanctuary disappeared from human memory; which produced the admiration of Francisco Pizarro and his men. Pedro Sancho de Hoz, secretary of Pizarro, left a first description of the building, but the most detailed one is that of the chronicler Inca Garcilaso de la Vega. The "ceremonial fortress" of Sacsayhuaman is, with its megalithic walls, the greatest architectural work that the Incas carried out during its apogee. From the fortress there is a singular panoramic view of the surroundings, including the city of Cuzco.

PISAC
Písac is an archaeological complex that is in the homonymous district of the province of Calca, is located 30 kilometers from the city of Cusco, in Peru. The archaeological site is one of the most important and visited of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. It is located east of the Vilcabamba mountain range. As was customary in Inca architecture, the cities were built on the basis of figurative animal traits. Písac archaeological assumes the shape of the partridge of puna, as expressed by its place name or original denomination.

OLLANTAYTAMBO
